How Rwandan Defence Forces shelled at Goma with armament with intentions of sabotaging the visit of the UN Secretary General and the President of World Bank to Goma

How Rwandan Defence Forces shelled at Goma with armament with intentions of sabotaging the visit of the UN Secretary General and the President of World Bank to Goma.

How Gen James Kabarebe and Charles Kayonga authorised the murderous shelling of Goma which was intended to sabotage the visit of UN Secretary General Ba Ki Moon and the World Bank President Dr Jim Yong Kim.
In our recent investigations about the recent attack to the town of Goma in the eastern region of DR Congo , we managed to find out evidences of how the Rwanda Defence Forces reinforced M23 rebels two days before the UN Secretary General and the World Bank President's visit to Goma.
In that cowardly and murderous action of 3days shelling at Goma in the eastern part of DR Congo by Rwandan Defence Forces which enforced the notorious M23 rebels never intended to attack FARDC forces or UN peace keeping Forces "MONUSCO" but ironically enough their shelling was intended to terrorise innocent civilians of Goma in order to sabotage the visit of the UN Secretary General Ba Ki Moon and the World Bank President DR Jim Yong Kim
Normally Rival forces are supposed to target the enemy grounds than civilians but President Kagame's bloody thirst and ruthless forces carried out unimaginable coward attack of shelling with armament which included machine guns ,RPG and shooting missiles to the busy town of Goma which left 3 civilians dead and 11 wounded.
The Congolese National Force "FARDC" had to retaliate on Rwanda Defence Forces who where operating with their proxy rebel group M23 and exchanged fire with them in order to stop that cowardly attack which was intended to broke and sabotage the visit of the UN Secretary General and the World Bank President , an operations which killed 15 M23 rebels and 8 of them where apprehended including a 13 years child soldier .
During that 3days fighting with FARDC ,Rwanda Defence Forces also carried out unimaginable terrorist attack of reinforcing M23 notorious rebel group to shoot missiles in the air of Goma which were targeting aeroplanes and jets which lands at Goma airport , a terrorist attack which was intended to intimidate and broke officials of high caliber like the UN Secretary General Ba Ki Moon and the president of the World Bank Dr Jim Yong Kim.
After such a terrorist and cowardly attack committed by Rwanda Defence Forces in conjunction with M23 rebel group ,Umuvugizi managed to access the remains of those missiles and we carried out their description. We shockingly found out that the missiles used to shell Goma air space are called "Chai" which were bought by Rwanda Defence Forces in unconventional way.
The motive of the attack at Goma was intended to sabotage the UN Secretary General and the World Bank President in order to broke them from witnessing the horrific crimes committed by M23 rebels which includes raping in wildly manner women of Eastern DR Congo who are admitted in Heal Africa Hospital situated in the Northern Kivu but their efforts where failed by the UN Secretary General and the World Bank President who refused to succumb on RDF and M23 intimidation of terrorizing Goma shortly before their visit and bravely decided to continue witnessing different scene of crimes committed by M23 Rebels including Heal Africa Hospital during there recent 10 hours visit to Goma.
