South Africa-Rwanda Diplomatic Row Escalates

JOHANNESBURG--South Africa accused Rwandan diplomats Saturday of
organizing "criminal networks" involved in the murder or attempted
murder of refugees living in South Africa, escalating the diplomatic
row between the two countries.

The statement comes after South Africa expelled four Rwandan diplomats
and one from Burundi earlier this month for their connection with
attacks on Rwandan refugees living in South Africa. Rwanda [...]
