[AfricaRealities.com] The prayer of St. Innovatio of Internet

The prayer of St. Innovatio of Internet
-----------------------------------------

O mighty forces that lie buried in the human being, wake up and let us do that the roles of the public sector (thus the Executive and the Judiciary Powers) be assigned to skilled people, yes, but who want to return ordinary citizens at the end of a temporary mandate. And let us do also that the economic activities be brought back in the public sector until they reach an equilibrium with the private sector.

In this way it will be possible to ensure a minimum job and power to every citizen and a basic income to those who need it and periodically the best among the employed in the public sector will be able to ascend to the seats of the Parliament, thanks to the ratings collected during their work period.

There will be no more despotic careerists (assumed for life as wanted by duce, fuhrer, kings and emperors) and precarious workers willing to do anything to become that, to domesticate, control, catalog and oppress and overwhelm with gabelles the population and to devour the Res Publica. It will begin instead a work productive of useful goods and services done by ourselves caring, because involved, citizens.

Not only the economy will back up to speed and banks and multinationals will not grow more than enough to subdue States and Confederations. Not only professionals and private businesses will no more profit of the defenseless citizens. Not only corruption and crime will almost disappear. But we also will forget the endless nightmare of associations, movements and political parties and the farce of elections!

The hate of men will pass, and dictators die, and the power they took from the people will return to the people. And so long as men die, liberty will never perish.
I have loved justice and hated iniquity: therefore I die in exile.
The price good men pay for indifference to public affairs is to be ruled by evil men.
When the white man came we had the land and they had the bibles; now they have the land and we have the bibles.

[AfricaRealities.com] Rwanda court hears case to block third presidential term

One party official told Reuters lawyers had been fearful about taking on the case.  The court panel of nine judges led by Chief Justice Sam Rugege adjourned and set the next hearing for July 29. http://mobile.reuters.com/article/idUSKCN0PI11X20150708?irpc=932 Email Facebook Twitter By Clement Uwiringiyimana KIGALI (Reuters) - Rwanda's main opposition party opened a case in the Supreme Court on Wednesday seeking to prevent constitutional change that would allow President Paul Kagame to run for a third term seven-year in office. The debate about term limits and challenges to veteran leaders has flared in several places in Africa. The United States and other Western nations have been pressing African leaders to stick to constitutional rules on presidential terms. Wednesday's supreme court case was quickly adjourned...
